Negotiations Midterm Update:
Before the Midterm we were assigned our "roles," had a side to defend, and were assigned a person to negotiate against. Briefly, my role was to defend a museum that lost some expensive artwork due to some pipe breakage and had also given away some artwork that was not fully paid for. Clearly the Professor did not know that The Law's Law is a huge patron of the arts (as said on Friday before Fusion to Sir Creature, Sir Darkness, and Sir Law of the Firm's SF Branch, I like to compare my writings to paintings by Van Gough and Picasso--"Broad strokes, you fill in the details").
Now, the midterm was an hour long videotaped negotiation (which, will be emailed to me and there will be a viewing party at the House of Lords) against my assigned opponent in a room by ourselves. As soon as the hour ended and the videotape cut my opponent literally (cannot make this stuff up) said to me:
"I feel like I just got taken for a ride." -Anonymous Opponent of The Law's Law
The Law's Law knew he won but never would have thought that such honesty could come from a future lawyer. Therefore, I shall make Madame Opponent of the House of LLS my Blue Ribbon Award winner of Tuesday (or technically Wednesday at this point...traffic was terrible due to rain).
Over and Out,
The Law's Law
P.S. I love the blogs that have been starting. The amount of posts literally keeps me on my toes and forces me to at least match the amount of post-age. Furthmroe, as The Law's Law it truly brings a tear to my eye to see http://domhatesanimals.blogspot.com/, http://dirtydigz.blogspot.com/, http://talesfromporto.blogspot.com/, and http://celebritystache.blogspot.com/ picking up some major steam.
P.P.S. Let's keep it going and may The Law's Law somehow learn how to actually live blog from his BB (and also upload pictures, still cannot figure that one out for the life of me).
